The house has a walk way around. On the sides you will find many different plants. Especially cacti grow here very well.
Pool
The swimming pool is 9 meters long and 4.5 meters wide. He also has a staircase. During the day the pool reaches a comfortable temperature and cools down anyway. Service staff, available for regular maintenance.
Balcony
Two balconies owns the Finca. Here you can leisurely enjoy the view and make yourself comfortable. Both terraces are easily accessible via the Porche and have seating areas.
Barbecue
The open brick barbecue is adjacent to the Porche and offers enough space for barbecues in large groups. Because of its location at the House of BBQ is particularly protected from the wind, so the crickets can begin quickly.
Outlook
From the finca you from almost anywhere a magnificent view of Manacor, with its famous cathedral. Also on Mallorca's landscapes you will get an exclusive look.

Puerto Cristo is known for an extensive entertainment, services and gastronomic delicacies. The same applies to Porto Colom. Worth a visit is a weekly farmer´s market visit to Manacor and Santany.
